House Rules

Please always remember that a vacation rental is not a hotel. There are common-sense rules and standards of good conduct that must be followed and respected, both to avoid problems for the host and to prevent any inconvenience during your stay.

Failure to follow one or more of the House Rules may result in a negative review, a report for misconduct, or, in more serious cases, a request for compensation for any damages.

Please read and follow these rules carefully:

• It is FORBIDDEN to leave the air conditioning or heating on when no one is in the property.

• It is FORBIDDEN to enter the private utility rooms or storage areas (which are not included as part of the rental).

• It is MANDATORY to separate and sort your trash properly. Please carefully and correctly separate all waste using the designated bins. The caretaker will take care of disposal. Thank you.

• It is strictly FORBIDDEN to allow overnight stays for guests other than those approved and registered at check-in.

• It is strictly FORBIDDEN to host additional overnight guests beyond those approved and registered at check-in. If there is a need to do so, please notify the host immediately.

• The House provides only the initial supply of basic amenities, such as soap, cleaning products, and toilet paper, sufficient for a maximum of 1 or 2 nights.

• It is strictly FORBIDDEN to use shampoo or any other detergents in the outdoor shower and/or swimming pool.

• It is FORBIDDEN to remove any pool equipment from the property, including lounge chairs, umbrellas, or the Bluetooth speaker, or to use them outside the property.

• It is FORBIDDEN to move furniture. Moving a chair is certainly not a problem, but moving a sofa, table, or bed is.

• Children under the age of 14 must always be supervised by an adult while on the property and must never be left alone inside the house or in the outdoor areas.

• Theft, even of minor items, will not be tolerated.

• The House and the host disclaim all responsibility for personal belongings left unattended in the property.

• No animals are allowed inside the house, including any animals you may find in the garden or around the property.

• Smoking is strictly FORBIDDEN inside the house, including electronic cigarettes. Please use the balconies, the patio, or the outdoor areas instead. Thank you.

• Parties or similar events are FORBIDDEN. Having a little fun with your fellow guests and a few friends is certainly not a problem, but inviting dozens of people is.

• Please respect the quiet hours. During the summer, no shouting or loud music after 1:00 AM.

• Check-out is always no later than 10:00 AM and cannot be delayed under any circumstances.

• The property must be returned in decent condition. Trash must not be left around the house, and food or drinks must not be left spilled on the floor.
