Regole della Casa ENG

Please remember that a vacation rental is not a hotel. There are common-sense rules and basic standards of conduct that must be followed—for the benefit of both the host and you as guests, and to avoid any issues or inconvenience.

Failure to comply with one or more house rules may result in a negative review and/or a report for misconduct, or in more serious cases, a request for compensation.

Please read and follow them carefully:

• It is FORBIDDEN to leave the air conditioning or heating on when no one is in the apartment.

• It is MANDATORY to sort waste properly (for recycling).
For short stays (1–5 nights), the host will handle disposal at check-out, but all trash must be carefully separated using the designated bins.

• It is strictly FORBIDDEN to allow overnight stays for anyone not approved and registered at check-in.

• It is strictly FORBIDDEN to host extra guests beyond those approved and registered at check-in. If needed, you must inform the host immediately.

• It is FORBIDDEN to move furniture. Moving a chair is not a problem, but moving a sofa, table, or bed, yes, it is.

• Children under 14 must always be supervised by an adult and never left alone in the accommodation.

• Theft, even of minor items, will not be tolerated.

• The host is not responsible for personal belongings left unattended in the apartment.

• No animals are allowed inside the apartment, including any animals you may find in the garden or nearby.

• It is strictly FORBIDDEN to smoke inside the apartment, including e-cigarettes. Please use balconies or outdoor areas.

• It is FORBIDDEN to organize parties or similar events.

• It is MANDATORY to respect quiet hours: from 1:00 (1:00 AM) to 8:00 (8:00 AM), no loud noise or disturbances.

• Check-out is strictly within 10:00 (10am) and cannot be delayed.

• The apartment must be returned in decent condition. Do not leave trash around the house or spill food or drinks on the floor.

Thanks in advance for your collaboration.
